COVID19 PROTOCOL. CLIENT INFORMATION

Below, we detail the protocol that we have established so that your stay is safe in our facilities.

Entrance – Check-in

​

• A pre-checking will be carried out electronically.

• They will only have to go through reception to collect the keys.

• When collecting the keys, only one person per reservation will enter. You will wait outside the reception respecting the safety distance of 2m.

• Check-in time is from 5:00 p.m. For earlier tickets please contact us.

Departure – Check-out

​

• Payment by virtual POS that will be sent to your email once the keys to the house are delivered.

• Invoice sent to your email.

• Delivery of keys at reception or, prior notice, left on the table of the house. Departure before 12 noon. If you leave them in the house, keep in mind that you must first open the exit lock of the enclosure and leave it closed when you leave. Thanks

House cleaning

• The house will be clean and disinfected according to the protocol of the Ministry of Health and the ICTE (Institute for the Quality of Spanish Tourism).

• They will be used as viricidal disinfectants approved by the Ministry of Health. In general, the mixture of water and bleach, and for spaces where it is not possible to apply it, such as walls or sofas, the approved viricide Alcolac Plus will be used as a spray.

Troubleshooting at home

If any incident occurs during your stay that motivates you to enter the house you have reserved, it will be carried out with the following protocol:

• Our staff will go to the house and you have to be out of the house.

• They will come with the necessary EPIS depending on the work to be done.

• They will carry out the relevant work with the appropriate security measures.

• They will disinfect the elements and spaces where the work has been carried out before leaving.

• You will be notified when the incident has been resolved and when you can return home.

Change of clothes

​

Bath and bed linen will be changed once a week for stays of one week or more. It may also be changed if an incident occurs that makes it necessary.

The protocol will be as follows:

• We will specify with you the day and time to bring you clean clothes in a closed bag.

• We will leave it at the door for you to pick it up.

• We'll wait outside.

• In the same bag they will put the dirty clothes and close it.

• They will leave it at the door and we will pick it up.

If you need to use the washing machine that we have in the reception building, you must contact us to give you the day and time.

Customers who come with a pet

• Pets cannot climb on any item in the house.

• Pets when they are outside have to be respecting the security with other clients of 2 meters.
